Solution
A. Replace the cleaning cloth
B. Clean the transmission wheels
C. Use the remote control to restart the robot
A. Check whether the cleaning cloth is placed correctly, reposition it correctly.
B. Make sure that the glass is not broken.
C. Check if the edges have an uneven area. If this is the case; use the remote control
for manual operation and keep the robot away from this uneven area.
A. Remove the cleaning cloth and reinsert it. Make sure it is exactly in the right place
and not sticking out or protruding on the corner or touching the sensors.
B. Open the App on your phone, connect it to the robot and see if there is a red
indication in the APP (in the corner). A red indication in the APP means that the
corner/edge sensors are not functioning properly.
C. Corner/edge sensor error, contact customer service
Make sure that the plugs are firmly connected, including the plugs of the extension
cable. Tighten the plug properly.
Contact the customer service of the store or Zoef Robot
A. Replace the battery.
B. Replace the remote control.
A. Press STOP on the remote control, send the robot to an accessible position.
B. Gently pull the machine to an accessible location if it does not respond to the
remote control.
Place the robot manually on the window and check whether it sticks properly to the
window.
This is normal during operation.
A. Spray some detergent/water on the cleaning cloth.
B. Clean the edge sensors and restart the robot.
Use the remote control to direct the robot to an accessible place.
