1.调节方法
1）旋梭的油量是用旋梭油量调节螺钉①来
调节：拧紧(向右转动)旋梭油量调节螺钉①旋梭
油量将增多，拧松(向左转动)旋梭油量将减少，
直至获得适当的供油量为止。

2.油量的确认方法
1）拆去挑线杆至机针上的面线。
2）点击触摸屏上抬压脚按键抬起压脚。
3）以缝纫机实际缝纫时的转速进行约3分钟
的空运转(适度的断续运转)。
4）将油量测试纸②插入旋梭③的下面并握
住，以缝纫机实际进行缝纫时的转速使缝纫机
运转10秒钟。(对油量测试纸②的纸质没有什么
特别的要求)
5）确认飞溅到测试纸②上的油量。
