ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

ASSEMBLY STEPS

1. Insert the clutch (Q) and pedal (J) into the front wheel (D), unscrew the plastic pedal
holders from the front fork (B) and insert the front wheel (D) into the fork, then
screw the plastic pedal holders back in position (3N M).
2. Affix the mudguard.

1. Unscrew the screws from the main frame and rear axle (F). Remove the plastic
locking devices from the rear axle. Affix the rear axle onto the main frame and screw
together.
2. Affix the rear wheel (C) to the rear axle, insert the plastic locking devices and screw
together (3N M).

1. Affix the front fork to the main frame.
2. Unscrew the screws from the handlebar (G) and insert the handlebar into the fork
then screw the screws back and tighten. (20N M)
3. Unscrew the screw from the main frame (A), position the seat (O) onto the main
frame and screw in (20N M)
4. Unscrew the screw from the handlebar, affix the basket (M) to the handlebar and
screw together (3N M)

1. Attach the protective bars (H) to the handlebar tube and put the rear section onto
the seat (H). Click the front and rear sections in place and check they are firmly
affixed.
