• UIM card inserted improperly.
Insert the UIM card properly.
• Debris on the UIM card contacts.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the UIM card
contacts.
Unable to
connect to the
network.
• UIM card invalid.
Contact your service provider.
• You are not within the network's service
area.
Check the service area with your service
provider.
• Poor signal.
Move to an open space, or if you are inside a
building, move closer to a window.
You cannot
answer incoming
calls.
You have activated the
Call Firewall
feature.
Go to
Settings > Call > Call Firewall > Current
Setting

Firewall off
.
You cannot make
outgoing calls.
You have activated the

feature.

the PUK code to unlock the UIM card.

Delete unnecessary data from the Contacts.
