Insert cells
Select the cell where you want to insert a cell, a row or column and then tap
Menu >
Insert >Cells
.

If you want to insert a cell, select
Shift cells right
or
Shift cells down
.
•
If you want to insert a row or a column, select
Entire row
or
Entire column
.
Go to a cell
1. Tap
Menu > Edit> Go To…
and then enter the Cell reference or name.
2. Tap
OK
.
Tip:
You can sort and find text in the worksheet by selecting
Menu > Tools > Sort
or
Menu>Edit>Find/Replace
.
Undo and redo an action
Tap
Menu > Undo [Action]
or
Redo [Action]
.
Note: Action
here refers to the last action you have done in the worksheet.
Save the worksheet
1. Tap
Menu > File > Save As
.
2. Enter
Name
you want to use for the edited worksheet.
3. Select
Folder
and
Type
.
4. Select
Location
where you want to save the worksheet.
5. Tap
Save
.
Send the file
•
Tap
Menu > File>Send via E-mail
to create an E-mail to send the document.
•
Tap
Menu>File>Beam
, select device to exchange, and tap
Beam
.
