Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems while using Spro, or if it performs
abnormally, you can refer to the chart below. If your particular
problem cannot be resolved using the information in the chart,
contact the dealer where you purchased Spro.

The battery or battery
charger is damaged.
Contact the dealer.
Battery
cannot be
charged or
the charging
is slow
Spro’s temperature is
below 0 °C or higher than
45 °C.
Adjust the battery
charging environment to
avoid extremes of
temperature.
The battery is depleted. In
high temperature
environments, battery
life will be shortened.
Contact the dealer to
replace the battery.
Shortened
standby time There are too many
applications running in
the background, which
use the battery
continuously.
Close or disable the
applications you don’t
need. You can also use
a third-party software to
manage the applications
and battery using.
