CONNECTING USING BLUETOOTH
Bluetooth is a wireless technology to connect your mobile handset to
other devices without using cables. Bluetooth can be used to transfer
voice calls to a wireless headset or car kit, or to transfer pictures and
other files to a computer. Both devices need to successfully pair to
enable these features. Usually the pairing process involves entering a
PIN on the handset to authorise the connection.
Example to Pair with a Bluetooth wireless headset
1. The headset first needs to be set into Pairing mode. You need to
consult your Bluetooth headset instructions to determine this step.
2. On your handset go to Menu > Tools > Bluetooth > Press OK to switch
Bluetooth On.
3. In the same Bluetooth menu go to My Devices > Search to see
available devices nearby.
4. Select the device to connect to. Press OK to start Pairing.
5. Enter the PIN number (consult your other device, usually 0000 or
1234).
6. Select Automatic to always Connect to this device when in range.
7. Press the Left Soft Key to Pair.
8. The devices will be connected together and now an incoming call will
ring and forward to the Bluetooth headset.
