The CALL module is located between a board physical layer (ICS/MPR/ALC)
and a H.248 protocol module. The CALL module is designed to shield the
protocol module from connecting to the physical layer directly, enabling
the protocol module to be transplantable. The CALL module also can shield
the protocol layer for boards. The module can be consistent with interfaces
for protocol modules as MGCP and H.248.
C a l l C o n n e c t i o n S u b -M o d u l e s F u n c t i o n s
The whole call connection module consists of six sub-modules: AgCallCtl
information distribution sub-module, AlsCall subscriber processing sub-
module, RtpCall processing sub-module, Agtrace service tracing sub-
module and M05 module.
The AgCallCtl information distribution sub-module provides the following
functions:
Power-on, initialization and applying for memory
Distributing information and invoking call processing logic
Applying and managing call data area; maintaining link table
Data area backup
Processing system events; active/standby changeover protection
The AlsCall subscriber processing sub-module provides the following
functions:
Occupying and returning subscriber side resources, like resource
functional module, T network resource, SLN resource and data area
resource
