PARK
(system hold) While on a call press the
Park
button in your display, it will then
show the park number (typically 01). Alternatively, simply press the
Park
button
in the display you would like to park the call on.
UNPARK
While the phone is idle press
Exit
(if shown). Next, press
pickup
in the display,
dial the park id, (typically 01) then hit
Send
. Alternatively, simply press the
Park
button in the display that the call is active on.
SUPERVISED TRANSFER
While on the phone with the caller press the
Transfer
button. Type in the
extension or phone number of the person you wish to transfer the call to.
Wait
on the line until they answer.
Announce the call
, and if they are available to take
the call then
simply hang up
or press
Transfer
again and they will be connected.
If they are not available, simply press the
X
button below the directional pad to
return to the first call.
BLIND TRANSFER
(you do not want to talk to the person before you transfer) While on the phone
with the caller press
Transfer
, enter the extension or phone number of the
person you wish to transfer the call, and press the
B Transfer
button.
VOICEMAIL TRANSFER
While on the phone with the caller press the
Transfer
button,
enter
*86 plus
the
extension
and press the
B Transfer
button.
CONFERENCE A CALL
Call the first party, then press
Conference
in your display.
Dial
the extension or
phone number of the next party and wait for them to answer. Then, simply press
the
Conference
button again to join the parties.
CALL PICK UP
To break thru an extension press
*4
plus the extension
and press
Send
or lift the
handset. To pick up any ringing phone,
dial *77
on your phone and press
send
or
lift the handset.
INTERCOM
If configured, simply lift the handset and press the
Intercom
button on your
display.
Enter the extension
and press
enter
.
