Z05 (ZUMMITO) TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. – CHECKING IF CLEANING AND GREASING IS NEEDED.

With the cups in a vertical position, turn the machine over using the Allen key,
turning in a clockwise direction (reverse) (or manually in older machines) until the
cups are in the horizontal position. The machine can also be started and stopped
when the cups are rising (N.B. ensure that it is not when the cups are
descending).

In this position move the cups upwards by hand and release them (Fig 1b). They
should return easily to their initial position, without needing to be assisted.
•
Move the blade shaft up and down. It should descend under its own weight.
•
Examine the feed paddle rod - it should be lightly greased. Apply a small quantity
of grease if necessary. (Fig. 1c)
2.- OPENING THE MACHINE.
•
Disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply.
•
Remove all the external parts (Fig. 2a).
•
Remove the bolts from the top and the feed paddle, and the four from the base.
•
Loosen the four mounts by 2 to 3mm.
