Make sure unit does not come in contact with sharp
edges or pointed objects that could damage, cut, or

*Massaged area may appear red after use. Please note this is
normal, as bloodflow has increased around the area.
**If you are prone to heat sensitivity OR are insensitive to
heat OR have limited temperature perception, use the heat
function with extreme caution. Please take 15 to 20-minute
breaks between sessions.
HOW TO USE
Plug in the massager to the cord included with your package.
The unit should beep when properly plugged.
Place 1 foot into each sock.
CONTROL PANEL:
Air Pressure:
This feature adds a touch of intensity to the
overall massage experience. A noticeable massage pattern
described by a feeling of tightness of “squeeze” sensation that
relaxes sore ankles and feet.
Strength:
This feature includes 3 levels of intensity as indi-
cated by the 3 LED lights located on the panel. Choose from
levels 1-3, ranging from gentle to more intense.
Mode:
With three different pre-sets, you can count on a
well-rounded therapeutic massage. These programs are visi-
bly displayed on the panel by 3 distinct LED lights.
Light #1: Gentle rolling paired with soothing pressure.
Light #2: Faster rolling with more intense air pressure.
Light #3: Bottom-rolling-only massage.
Heat:
The heat function emits infrared heat for added warmth
and comfort while gently and safely soothing achy feet. The
light will turn red when the heat function is on.
Power:
Press it once to turn on. Press again to turn off the
unit.
