37.8 Using Command History
The OLT keeps a list of command(s) you have entered for the current CLI session. You can use
any commands in the history again by pressing the up (
y
) or down (
z
) arrow key to scroll
through the previously used commands and press [ENTER]. Use the history command to
display the list of commands.
37.9 Saving Your Configuration
After you set the OLT settings with the configuration commands, use the
write memory
command to save the changes permanently.

The
write memory
command is not available in User mode.
You must save your changes after each CLI session. All unsaved configuration
changes are lost once you restart the OLT.
37.9.1 Logging Out
In User mode, enter the
exit
or
logout
command to log out of the CLI.

the CLI. See the related section in the User’s Guide for more background information.

executed. The OLT stores up to 256 commands in
history.
