Call Transfer setup 

 

This feature allows transfer an incoming call (that you have answered) to another phone.   

Note:    The primary call between user A and user B must be answered before transfer can be initiated. 

 
Three kinds of call transfer service available: 

 

Blind Transfer 

Consult On - Hold Transfer 

Attendant Transfer 

 

Application scenario 1: Blind Transfer 

A dials to B 

B off hooks 
A and B conversation 

 

If user A does not want to communicate with user B or user C after call transfer, user A could choose Blind 

Transfer.
