46.2 Host Name
A host name is the unique name by which a device is known on a network. Click
Configuration >
System > Host Name
to open the
Host Name
screen.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.
46.3 USB Storage
The UAG can use a connected USB device to store the system log and other diagnostic information.
Use this screen to turn on this feature and set a disk full warning limit.
Note: Only connect one USB device. It must allow writing (it cannot be read-only) and
use the FAT16, FAT32, EXT2, or EXT3 file system.
Click
Configuration > System > USB Storage
to open the screen as shown next.

LABEL
DESCRIPTION
System Name
Enter a descriptive name to identify your UAG device. This name can be up to 64
alphanumeric characters long. Spaces are not allowed, but dashes (-) underscores (_) and
periods (.) are accepted.
Domain Name
Enter the domain name (if you know it) here. This name is propagated to DHCP clients
connected to interfaces with the DHCP server enabled. This name can be up to 254
alphanumeric characters long. Spaces are not allowed, but dashes “-” are accepted.

to save your changes back to the UAG.
Reset
Click
Reset
to return the screen to its last-saved settings.
