7.11 The Dynamic Guest Screen
Dynamic guest accounts can be automatically generated for guest users by using a connected
statement printer or the web configurator with the guest-manager account (see
for more information). A dynamic guest account has a dynamically-created user name
and password. Guest users can log in with the dynamic guest accounts when connecting to an SSID

DESCRIPTION
Device description
This is a basic description of the type of USB device.
Usage
This field displays how much of the USB storage device’s capacity is currently being
used out of its total capacity and what percentage that makes.
Filesystem
This field displays what file system the USB storage device is formatted with. This field
displays
Unknown
if the file system of the USB storage device is not supported by the
UAG, such as NTFS.
Speed
This field displays the connection speed the USB storage device supports.
Status
Ready
- you can have the UAG use the USB storage device.
Click
Remove Now
to stop the UAG from using the USB storage device so you can
remove it.
Unused
- the connected USB storage device was manually unmounted by using the
Remove Now
button or for some reason the UAG cannot mount it.
Click
Use It
to have the UAG mount a connected USB storage device. This button is
grayed out if the file system is not supported (unknown) by the UAG.
none
- no USB storage device is connected.
Detail
This field displays any other information the UAG retrieves from the USB storage
device.
Deactivated
- the use of a USB storage device is disabled (turned off) on the UAG.
OutofSpace
- the available disk space is less than the disk space full threshold (see
for how to configure this threshold).
Mounting
- the UAG is mounting the USB storage device.
Removing
- the UAG is unmounting the USB storage device.
none
- the USB device is operating normally or not connected.
