Network
9.1 Overview
This chapter describes how to configure LAN settings.
A Local Area Network (LAN) is a shared communication system to which many computers are
attached. A LAN is a computer network limited to the immediate area, usually the same building or floor
of a building. The LAN screens can help you configure the WX3310’s IPv4 and IPv6 addresses on the LAN.

The actual physical connection determines whether the WX3310 ports are LAN or WAN ports. There are
two separate IP networks, one inside the LAN network and the other outside the WAN network as shown
