Press the
RESET
button on the front panel of the X2002 to reset to its factory
defaults. Then try to access the X2002 with the default IP address. See

If the problem continues, contact the network administrator or vendor, or try one
of the advanced suggestions.
Advanced Suggestions
• Try to access the X2002 using another service, such as SSH. If you can access
the X2002, check the remote management settings to find out why the X2002
does not respond to HTTPS.
I can see the
Login
screen, but I cannot log in to the X2002

Make sure you have entered the user name and password correctly. The default
user name is
admin
, and the default password is
1234
. These fields are case-
sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.

You cannot log in to the web configurator while someone who has logged into the
X2002 using an administrator account with the same privilege rank as yours
(
). Log out of the X2002 in the other session, or ask the
person who is logged in to log out.
Alternatively, you can check the status of the account you used and failed to login
using CLI commands. Log in to the X2002’s console using a “Debug admin”
administrator account and type the following commands.

system admin show webuser logined

system admin logout webuser username <
admin-username

In this example, the account “admin” has been used to log into the X2002’s web
configurator from an address 172.16.17.10

. But the user has logged out.

Turn the X2002 off and on.

Disconnect and re-connect the power adaptor or cord to the X2002.
