Basic Setting
8.1 Overview
This chapter describes how to configure the
System Info

8.1.1 What You Can Do
• Use the
System Info
) to check the firmware version number and
monitor the Switch temperature, fan speeds and voltage.
• Use the
General Setup
screen (
) to configure general settings such as the
system name and time.
• Use the
Switch Setup
screen (
) to choose your VLAN type, set the GARP timers
and assign priorities to queues.
• Use the
IP Setup
screen (
) to configure the Switch IP address, default gateway
device, and the management VLAN ID.
• Use the
Port Setup
screen (
) to configure Switch port settings.
• Use the
PoE Setup
screens (
) to view the current amount of power that PDs are
receiving from the Switch and set the priority levels for the Switch in distributing power to PDs. This
screen is available for PoE model(s) only.
• Use the
Interface Setup

) to configure Switch interface type and
interface ID settings.
• Use the
IPv6

) to view IPv6 status and IPv6 configuration.

8.2 System Information
In the navigation panel, click
Basic Setting
>
System Info
to display the screen as shown. Use this screen
to view general system information. You can check the firmware version number and monitor the Switch
temperature, fan speeds and voltage in this screen.
