 ACO ShowerDrain Lightline

Product description

The ACO ShowerDrain Lightline illumination system consists of two
accumulator-operated LED modules and a charging device. The LED
modules are fixed to the stainless steel design gratings with the
fixing pins included in scope of supply.

The LED modules start lighting when coming in contact with water.
After taking a shower, the modules still light up for approx. two mi-
nutes before they switch off automatically.

Fig. 1

Charging process prior to initial use

Prior to initial use, the LED modules must be fully charged. This pro-
cess may take up to 18 hours. It must be made sure that the metal
contacts of the LED modules are free from dust, dirt and moisture.

Charging process during use

Depending on frequency of use, the LED modules must be rechar-
ged every three months. Before the LED modules are inserted in the
charging device, they have to be cleaned with warm water and to be
completely dried thereafter. The metal contacts of the LED modules
must be free from dust, dirt and soap residues.

Inserting the LED modules in the charger

It must be paid attention that the modules are correctly inserted
in the charging device. Please take correct positioning from fig. 1.
Lamps of LED modules must always point downwards.

 Caution!

The  charging device may be damaged if LED modules are

  incorrectly inserted.
