ACCESSING YOUR VOICEMAIL BOX
How to access (log on to) your voicemail from your extension:
1. Press the
VMsg
soft key
2. (Optional) Lift the handset
3. Enter your security code if requested
How to access (log on to) your voicemail from another extension in the office:
1. From any extension, lift the handset
2. Dial
500
3. Enter your
extension
number when requested
4. Enter your security code if requested
How to access (log on to) your voicemail from outside the office:
1. Call your main line or backdoor line
2. If the voicemail answers, press
#
and enter your
three-digit extension
number
--or--
2. If a live attendant answers, have them press
TRANSFER
and dial
500
and
hang up;
when you hear the main menu, press
#
and enter your
three-digit extension
number
3. Enter your security code if requested
LISTENING TO VOICEMAIL MESSAGES
How to listen to your messages:
1. Access (log on to) your mailbox
2. Press
L

to
Listen
to the first message
3. When done, press
D (3)
to
Delete
the message, or
S A
(72)
to
Save
(Archive)
the message
4. Press
L
(5)
to
Listen
to the next message
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until done, then hang up
