This new versatile, Anets Dough
Sheeter provides fast uniform
production of doughs. The Anets side
operated dough sheeter with high
capacity extended infeed table allows
operator to feed up to 35 lbs of dough
into unit. Roll rectangular sheets or
round shapes of dough with this easy to
operate low profile design. Heavy duty
1 H.P. motor handles large loads of
dough easily, safe and fast hour after
hour. Special pusher tool allows
operator to safely guide dough through
infeed table. Large 20” chrome rollers
handle super size dough pieces while
minimizing operator fatigue at an
economical price. Indexed precision
machined rollers have fast, positive
repeat adjustment…sets in just
seconds! The new SDR-4HC provides
complete operator protection. Safety
interlock automatically shuts machine
off when any panel is removed for
cleaning or service. Chrome roller
material minimizes dough adhesion and
buildup. Spring loaded scrapers are
readily removable which means less
clean up time. The special sanitary
design makes cleaning easy and safe.
All mechanical parts and chains are
isolated away from flour and dough
areas. Heavy duty welded steel
construction with white powder coated
finish.
