This Quick-Start Guide explains how to prepare the Orion TI-
30XS MultiView™
to be
charged and operational.
It is imperative that this calculator be fully charged prior
to first-time use.

Getting Started
First, unpack all materials and check that everything needed is there. The Orion TI-30XS
MultiView™ comes with a built in user
-replaceable chargeable battery.
Procedure for Charging
1.
Hold the calculator in its operating position so that the keys are face up and the
access keys are toward the top of the device.
2.
Plug the Micro-B end of the USB cable into the Micro-B port on the side at the top
of the device.
3.
Plug the standard A male end of the USB cable into the USB wall adapter.
4.
Plug the wall adapter into the wall socket.
Note:
Fully charge the battery prior to first-time use of the calculator. This should take
about 4 hours. The calculator can be used while it is charging.
Operation Procedure
1.
To turn the device on, press the ON key located at the lower left-hand corner of
the calculator.
