Instructions for use
Batteries
1. Remove the battery cover from the back of the clock
and insert 2 × AA/LR6 batteries. Refer to the markings
in the battery compartment to ensure correct polarity.
The backlight will come on for three seconds and a short
audible signal will be emitted when the batteries are inserted
correctly.
2. Refit the battery cover.
Setting the time
1. Press and hold [ SET ] (6) until “24h” flashes.
2. Turn [ SET ] to change the value.
3. Press [ SET ] to confirm each step.
4. Set the following in sequential order:

Setting the alarm
1. Set [ ON/OFF ] (7) to the
ON
position.
2. Press [ SET ] (6). The hours will then begin to flash.
3. Turn [ SET ] to change the value.
4. Press [ SET ] to confirm the setting.
5. Set the following in sequential order:

Alarm on/off
Activate a set alarm or deactivate the alarm by setting
the [ ON/OFF ] switch (7) to:
•
ON
. The alarm indicator will appear next to the alarm
symbol (1). The alarm is activated and will sound every day
at the set time.
•
OFF
, the alarm is deactivated. The alarm must be activated
manually if it is to go off at the set time.
The alarm sounds
• The alarm increases gradually in volume in three stages.
• The alarm will cease to sound after one minute if no button
is pushed. The alarm will sound again after 24 hours.
Press:
• [ SNZ/LIGHT ] (3) to start the snooze function. The alarm will
sound again after 5 minutes.
• [ ON/OFF ] (7) to
OFF
to deactivate the alarm. The alarm
must be activated manually if it is to go off at set time.
Display backlight
Press [ SNZ/LIGHT ] (3) once to illuminate the display for 3 se-
conds. The display backlight goes off automatically after ap-
proximately 8 seconds.
Care and maintenance
• Clean the product by wiping it with a damp cloth. Use only
mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Whenever the light is not to be used for a long time,
the batteries should be removed and it should be stored in
a dry, dust-free environment, out of children’s reach.
Responsible disposal
1. Alarm: The indicator is shown on the display when the alarm
is activated
2. AM/PM: The respective indicator is shown on the display
when it is AM or PM

be disposed of with general household waste.
