BODY POINTS SHOULDER HARNESS
Lay chest harness (Item 1) on backrest shell with
the top straps hanging over the back and the
bottom straps underneath the shell.
Remove the bottom flap of the back rest cover
from the shell as shown in Figure 2.
Once both screws are fastened, pull straps
down as shown in Figure 3 to tighten the
harness. Then close the clinch-mounts to fasten
the straps in place.

Attach chest harness (Item 1) to the shell using
the 10-32 screws (Item 3) and washers (Item 2)
inserted into the holes at the bottom of the shell
as orientated in Figures 1, 2.
Assembly order: screw – washer – clinch-mount
fitting – plastic tab – shell – nut.

To adjust the clinch-mounts, use the allen
wrench to pry it open.

Insert the top straps into the shell guide slots as
shown in Figure 4.

Fasten the screw with the 10-32 nut (Item 4)
behind the shell, must use both the 1/8” allen
wrench (Item 5) for the screw and 3/8” wrench
for the nut.

Rotate both of the clinch-mounts sideways to
reattach the shell cover, and then rotate both
mounts back.

To tighten the top straps, pull the plastic
D-loops at the end of the pull straps as shown in
Figure 5.
