Quick Start Guide
Thanks for choosing Deekec DK175VC USB2.0 UVC Video Capture adapter.
With this adapter, you can capture the analog video, such as movies, TV shows, or life video, to your computer.
You can also use it to capture the video from XBOX or some cameras. Once the video is captured to your
computer, you can edit the digital video and share them to your iPod, PSP, Mobile Phone or upload them to
internet.
IMPORTANT:
DK175VC video capture adapter for Windows (7 or later) / MAC / Linux.
If use on MAC, you can use quicktime to capture the video, please note that USB2.0 interface is required.

Quick Start Steps(Windows)
Step 1: Install the software and application:
1. Download the software OBS Studio from the URL:
https://obsproject.com/download
if the link
invalid, please contact info@deekea.com.
2. Double click OBS-Studio-19.0.3-Full-Installer.exe(windows) /
obs-mac-19.0.3-installer.pkg(MAC) to
start install program.
3. The computer starts to install the software. Click "Next" and/or "Finish" button following the direction
of installation programmer to complete the installation. (If show License Agreement window, please
read it and click “I accept the terms of the license agreement”)
4. You can find a software on desktop named “OBS Studio”, click on the icon and start the software.
5. Close the software and follow step 2.
Step 2: Connect the adapter to the computer and analog video device:
1. Plug the USB Video Capture into an USB2.0 port of your computer.
2. Later, is necessary, you can verify that the driver is installed correctly by using Device Manager.

3. Follow the figures in next page to complete the connection. The analog video device can be Video
recorder, DVD player, Video camera, Set-top box, Game player or any device which provides analog
video signal.
4. The figure on the right is for the analog video device with a SCART interface. A SCART Video/Audio
adapter is needed to complete the connection. The switch on the SCART Video/Audio adapter should be
set to "OUTPUT".
5. In case the analog device is too far away from the computer, additional Video/Audio or S-Video cable
