Maroon Bell Tent Set Up & Care Instructions

 
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Maroon Bell Tent! 
Your Maroon Bell Tent comes with the following: 

● 4 Piece Center Pole 
● Door Frame  
● Floor & Eave Ropes & Stakes 

NOTE:  New tents may have a small leak when they are initially exposed to 

moisture.  You may consider preconditioning your tent by setting it up and 

soaking it to shrink the needle holes tighter against the thread.  Allow the tent to 

thoroughly dry before folding and packing tent.

Setting up your Maroon Bell Tent

NOTE: Before setting up your tent, make sure your tent is placed on the 

most level ground as possible and remove all rocks and sticks that will be 

under the tent floor

1. Remove the tent from its bag and lay out so its forms as close to a circle as 

possible. 

2. Locate the door and align to the desired position  

3. After door location has been found, install one stake in the floor stake loops on 

either side of the door while keeping the floor taught. 

4. Continue to install the remaining  stakes through floor stake loops and pound 

securely into the ground moving in a star pattern making sure you are pulling
