PAIN THERAPY

MUSCLE STRENGTHENING

Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES)
is a form of stimulation that applies a
small electric current across a person’s
most sensitive muscle groups and areas
to provide soothing relief.

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve
Stimulation (TENS) is a type of therapy
used to help relieve pain. It works by
sending electric pulses to the nerve
endings, which block the pain signals sent
to the brain.

WHAT IS TENS?

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
works by eliciting muscle contractions
using electric pulses. EMS therapies may
help facilitate and improve muscle
performance.
