Manual, this system has additional programmable features, described herein, as well as changes in  
the way you program previously available functions; so please use this supplement with your 
Installation Manual

Function 15: System timing parameters 

Function 153: Recall timers 

What’s new:

  Separate settings for the hold and park recall timers. 

Function 1531: Hold recall timer  

This is the amount of time, in seconds, that a call will remain on hold before recalling to the extension 
that initiated the hold. 

Range:

 5–960 seconds. 

Default:

 60 seconds. 

Function 1532: Park recall timer 

This is the amount of time, in seconds, that a call will remain on park before recalling to the extension 
that initiated the park. 

Range:

 5–960 seconds. 

Default:

 60 seconds. 

Function 16: System feature parameters 

What’s new:

 Function 16 has been broadened: the recording alert has now become Function 161, 

while connect tone and system-wide hold have been added. 

Function 161: Recording alert tone 

This sets whether the system plays a short beep every 15 seconds during a call recording, indicating to 
both parties that a recording is in progress. 

Default:

 Disabled (the beep does not play). 

Function 162: Connect tone 

This sets whether the system plays a system connect tone (the two short beeps a user hears when a 
station answers). 

Default:

 Enabled (the beeps play).
