Proper Use
The device is intended for the automatic filling of tyres and for checking the
pressure of such vehicle tyres.
Two design variants with 5.5 and 10.0 bar max. fill pressure for passenger-
car and/or lorry tyres.
National permit by PTB available. Registration number: 18.08 / 08.06.This is
the prerequisite for calibration. The calibration can be performed either by the
manufacturer or by the customer and is valid for two years. For the setup
and operation at public filling stations and service stations in the Federal Re-
public of Germany, only calibrated devices may be used!
Warning symbol
This symbol should alert the user of important operating tips and
steps involved in preventative maintenance – the compliance with
which is crucial to safe operation.
Caution!
Tyre-filling-machine with 10 bar max. Inflation pressure may only be used for
the filling of truck tires! These devices are marked with the words' for trucks.
The use for car tires only one device at 5.5 bar max. Inflation pressure used!
Excessive tire pressure can lead to the bursting of the tire.
The filling of bicycle tyres and other small tyres is prohibited due to
the risk of over-filling!
Electrical Connection
• The mains voltage may lie within the range of 90 to 240 V / 50-60 Hz
• The electrical connection must be grounded.
• The electrical connection must be safeguarded with a 10 A fuse (depen-
ding on heat output) which is easily accessible - and marked as a current
interruption for your device.
• Never connect any other electrical consumers such as the cooling unit, the
compressor or the vacuum cleaner to the same power source.
Let basically make electrical connections by qualified personnel.
Hose Fixture
The device can be equipped with a straight as well as a spiral hose.
The straight hose can either be coiled around the device between the front
panel and the wall, or on a hose fixture. The spiral hose should be hung onto
the designated fixture. As an option, an automatic hose reel is available. This
accident can be prevented from tipping and to prevent damage to the hose
and the plug.
Installation and Setup
• The device is suitable for assembly inside or outside.
• The device must be attached with four screws to the wall or to a column.
• Connect the hoses for the pressure supply and for filling according to the
affixed markings (G

to its connection, open this valve fir a short time to enable the rinsing of
any dirt particles from the line.
• It is advisable to install a residual-current-operated device (RCD) with 30
