Snip-n-Spray Garden & Landscape Sprinkler System
It's easy to set up and customize your watering solutions with our Snip-n-Spray Garden & Landscape Sprinkler System. The system
includes three sprinklers that adjust to spray in a 5–360˚pattern, with flow control valves to fine-tune the water output for uniform
coverage up to 400 sq.ft. Installation requires no special tools—all you need are scissors.
Parts Included
3 Sprinklers, with couplers and end plugs
1 Hose Coupler
1 3-way Connector
50' Garden Hose, 1/2" black
Assembly
Place the Sprinklers in your garden or landscape to establish the layout before beginning the assembly. See the next page for
layout suggestions. We recommend placing the sprinklers 10' apart. The Sprinklers perform best on water systems with 50 to 65 PSI
of water pressure. If you have lower water pressure or long runs between Sprinklers, use the 3-way Connector to make the system
into a loop, which distributes the pressure more evenly. The 3-way Connector can also be used to create two watering zones.
Step 1.
Attach the black Garden Hose to the Hose Coupler. Unscrew the cap from the Hose Coupler and slide the cap onto the Garden
Hose. Push the Garden Hose firmly onto the end of the Hose Coupler. Slide the
cap down the hose and screw the cap back onto the Hose Coupler to secure
the connection. Attach your own garden hose or faucet to the threaded side of
the Hose Coupler.
Note:
Figure 1 shows how to connect the Garden Hose to a
coupler on a Sprinkler. The connection method is the same.
Step 2.
If using the 3-way Connector, attach it now. If not using the 3-way
Connector, skip to Step 3. Run the Garden Hose to within a foot or two of the
first Sprinkler. Cut the Garden Hose to length. Attach one side of the 3-way
Connector to the end of the Garden Hose, following the instructions in Step
1. Attach the remaining length of Garden Hose to another side of the 3-way
Connector.
Step 3.
Run the Garden Hose to the first Sprinkler and connect it, following
instructions in Step 1 and as shown in Figure 1.
Step 4.
To create a chain or loop of Sprinklers, attach the Garden Hose to the other side of the Sprinkler. Remove the end plug and
retain for future use. Run the Garden Hose to the next Sprinkler and repeat to attach it.
Step 5.
At the last Sprinkler in a chain, leave the end plug in place. At the last Sprinkler in a loop, run the Garden Hose back to the
3-way Connector after attaching it to the Sprinkler. Connect the Garden Hose to the third side of the 3-way Connector.
Step 6.
Turn all the flow control levers on the Sprinklers to the fully "ON" position. Adjust the flow pattern on each Sprinkler by
turning the top to the right or left to increase or decrease the spray angle. Turn on the water source and make adjustments to the
flow rate and pattern as needed.
Use and Maintenance Tips
• A set of two additional sprinklers can be purchased separately – five sprinklers is the maximum recommendation for optimal
performance with each sprinkler set at 50 degrees or less.
• To prevent ice damage, drain the system completely before freezing temperatures occur.
