using the Lumex Knee Walker. If you do not understand any part of these warnings or
instructions, contact a healthcare professional for direction in the use of this product. If the
Knee Walker is not properly assembled, personal injury and damage to the Knee Walker
could result.
WARNING: If components are damaged or missing, contact your GF distributor
immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts. Use only Lumex replacement parts. Non-Lumex
replacement parts could cause personal injury and damage to the Knee Walker.

professional in its operation. When you begin using the Knee Walker, practice using it with
an attendant, AT A SLOW PACE, until you are confident.
