Chipping of timber, branches and vegetative matter up to 150 mm
diameter. NOT suitable for flax, bones, stones or other hard
substances.

Section 2.0 Emergency Stop:
The Yellow Feed Roller Control Handle can be used to stop any material
entering the chipping zone. Moving the Feed Roller Control Handle will
stop feeding material into the chipper, but it will not stop the engine.
In an emergency, TURN THE KEY TO OFF.
Note that the Cutter / Flywheel will still continue to rotate, and may take
up to a minute to stop.
Section 3: Hazards Identification
NEVER REMOVE THE SAFETY GUARDS from the Chipper. Never
operate the Chipper with the safety guards removed.
NEVER place hands or feet in the feed anywhere near the feed
chute. RISK of limbs being crushed or severed. If a blockage
occurs turn off the engine, and allow the machine to come to a
COMPLETE STOP before clearing obstructions.
DANGER: RISK OF FLYING DEBRIS.
Operator must wear protective eyewear and heat protection.
No other persons or animals are permitted within 10 meters of
the Chipper while in operation.
Exhaust gases are poisonous. DO NOT run the engine indoors
or within a confined space. Always ensure there is adequate
ventilation.
Do not operate on concrete or bitumen. Risk of ejected
material causing injury.
