One U-bolt with saddle and two flanged nuts for mounting

complying with all relevant directives in the 
European Union (EU). 

 

 

 

Remove any plastic on the solar panel or hardware. It is 
recommended that you lubricate all nuts and bolts with 
multi-purpose or protective lithium grease to facilitate 
easy removal at a later date. 

Loosely attach the fixed bracket to the clamp using one 
bolt, lock washer, and washer. 

 

With the cable side of the solar panel facing up, slide the 
clamp under the edge of the frame and the fixed bracket 
over the edge.

Center the bracket/clamp assembly to the left of the 
cable circuit box. Use a 10 mm wrench to loosely tighten 
the bolt. Insert the other bolt, lock washer and washer 
through the other hole. Tighten both bolts with the 10 
mm wrench. Do not overtighten the bolts.
