Operation
1.
The Red MODE LED flashes every 10 second to indicate power is connected.
2.
When a valid IDS remote transmitter signal is received but not learnt into the Rx2 the Red MODE LED will illuminate for
2 seconds.
3.
When a valid IDS remote transmitter signal is received that is learnt into the Rx2 the Green STATUS LED will illuminate
for 2 seconds and the Relay will trigger and the associated Yellow RELAY LED will remain illuminated until the relay
switches off.
4.
When in any of the programming modes and you need to exit without changing any settings press the relay button.
Programming
Adding Remote Transmitters
Twenty remote buttons can be learnt to each relay.
1.
Press the program button for the desired relay once.
2.
The Green STATUS LED and the chosen Yellow RELAY LED will illuminate.
3.
Wait for the Green STATUS LED to flash.
4.
Press the remote transmitter button to be learnt to the relay, the Green STATUS LED will flash faster indicating that it is
reading the signal.
5.
When the Green STATUS LED stops flashing and remains on release the button as this indicates it has been successfully
learnt into the Rx2 receiver.
Note: If the Green STATUS LED does not stop flashing after about 5 seconds, release the button, the Red MODE LED will
flash once indicating the signal from the remote you are learning was disrupted by a random signal causing the Rx2 to
not complete the learn process, repeat steps 4 to 6.
6.
When the Green STATUS LED starts flashing again the next remote’s button may be learnt by repeating steps 4 to 6.
7.
To exit programming press the program button, pressed in step 1 and the Green MODE LED and Red STATUS LED will
first alternate and then switch off, programming will be automatically exited and the Rx2 will be ready for operation.
Note:
a.
If the Red STATUS LED comes on for 3 seconds then 20 remotes are currently learnt and no more can be added or the
button has been learnt to the other relay already.
