This assembly procedure applies to the 2 × 3 mm optical drop cable.

Assembly Steps
2.1.
Preparing the fiber
2.
Insert the fiber cable into the
screw cap

60 mm
Cable entry

Remove the Drop Cable
jacket
3.
Insert the cable into the assembly
template, up to the indicated marking
Remove the fiber sheath with the stripping
pliers.
4.
Check fiber integrity
Move the fiber with your fingertips to all sides
respecting the maximum 60° curvature
5.
Clean the fiber optic with the paper
provided in the assembly kit
6.
Insert the cable into the assembly
template by aligning it with the indicated
part
7.
Cut the fiber
Use a cleaver to make the cut in the
optical fiber
8.
Follow this fiber specification for
assembly into the connector
