Temperature value

Being a mommy can be quite overwhelming at first. Don’t worry:

you will get through this phase.

1.

Follow your gut feeling. Wait… you only got your child recently.

So maybe you haven’t got a clue. No worries. Just choose what you

think is best for your baby.

2.

Try to enjoy these first stages. Well... you’re tired, your boobs hurt

and your baby can’t stop crying. Even though it’s hard, try to find a

few moments of joy every day.

3.

Take a break. But… your baby needs you. Every. Single. Minute.

That’s where you’re wrong. There are others who can share this

responsibility with you. Take a shower for just 5 minutes. Enjoy a

cup of tea. Take a quick walk, and let your partner or mum look after

your little one. It won’t change how tough the first months can be.

But it will change your perspective.
