Instruction Manual

Unplug and allow cooling before replacing bulb.

Bulb gets HOT quickly
•
Do not touch hot lens guard or enclosure.

Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.

Do not look directly at lighted lamp.

Keep lamp away from materials that may bum.
•
Do not touch the bulb at any time; use a soft
cloth or gloves. Oil from skin may damage bulb.

Do not operate the lamp with missing or
damaged guard, lamp containment barrier or
UV light filter.
USING THE TRIPOD
1.
To assemble the tripod, begin by loosening the black adjustment knob on the
tripod base. Slide the center pole through the adjustment sleeve until the legs
are fully deployed. Tighten adjustment knob so legs stay fixed in place. Now
you are ready to install top portion.
2.
Position light head over top pole on tripod and tighten black adjustment knob
until snug.
3.
Connect all Deutsch connections from cable to lights.
4.
Loosen black adjustment knob for each sleeve to extend tripod. Extend top
pole, then bottom pole when elevating.
5.
Tighten adjustment knob once desired height is achieved. The switch
position can also be adjusted with the hand screw on the back.

OPERATION
The light head features a 500 watt quartz work light. Power is controlled via the
power switch on back of light. Do not look directly into lights when powering.
Lamp can be adjusted independently with the adjustment screws on the sides.
Tighten screws once desired angle is achieved.
BULB INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT (DO NOT TOUCH BULB
WITH BARE HANDS)
Allow lamp to cool prior to maintenance!
1.
Turn the light off and unplug from the power source.
2.
Allow the fixture to fully cool before proceeding.
3.
Always wear gloves or use a clean cloth to handle bulb. The natural oil from skin
will leave a residue that will cause the light to burn out immediately.
4.
To remove the lens cover, remove the retaining screw on the back of the lens
cover. The lens cover will then swing open exposing the bulb.
WARNING:
CHECK NAMEPLATE FOR PROPER VOLTAGE. DAMAGE
FROM IMPROPER VOLTAGE WILL VOID WARRANTY.
