not supersede local codes in any way. Only licensed pro-
fessional technicians, or equivalent, can install and service
the Dave Lennox Signature

naces. In Canada, refer to CSA B139 for recommended
installation procedures. Consult authorities who have juris-
diction before installation.

1 − Side exhaust pipe collar
1 − Direct intake collar (AFII burner units only)

Disturbing the insulation during installation, main-
tenance, or repair will expose you to fiberglass wool
dust. Breathing this may cause lung cancer. (Fiber-
glass wool is known to the State of California to
cause cancer.)
Fiberglass wool may also cause respiratory, skin,
and eye irritation.
