Lifeline personnel shall demonstrate the basic handling of the wheelchair. 

 

The safety features for operating the wheelchair must be strictly observed. 

 

Any defects must be reported immediately to Lifeline Corporation Pte Ltd. 

 

When transporting the wheelchair, brakes should be in an unlocked position. 

SAFETY INSTRUCTION 

 

Wheelchair should not be used if found damaged as it may injure the user or 
caregiver. 

 

Caregiver should be familiarised with the functionality of the wheelchair. 

 

Wheelchair must not be overloaded (Maximum load capacity: 115kg). 

 

Do change the tyres if they are worn out.
