                Link HD Quick Setup Guide 

 
 

Connecting the LINK HD 
 

The basic camera system comprises of three main components:- 

Link HD Transmitter  L1403 (2GHz) L1405 (3GHz)  
Link RF Downconverters (Base L3020  for 2GHz, L3050 for 3GHz) 

Link HD Receiver/Decoder L2132 
Optional components for Camera Control are:- 

Link Wireless CCU Interface L1255 
Link HD Camera Controller L1420 (this will come factory assembled to the HD Transmitter) 

 
The necessary cables and connectors to setup the basic system are included. 

Battery Plates as ordered will come factory assembled to the Transmitter. 

 

 

 

Typical connections shown above. Different configurations may be  required for  different camera 
manufacturers, and different camera models.. 

 
Initial Setup

Connect the  components as shown (battery and power connections not shown in diagram)

Place the transmitter on the camera battery plate. Connect the Camera SDI /Audio inputs 

and, if fitted, the camera control connector. Put power on the components.

Note:- If the components are setup near each other (on a bench or in a room), then the 

signals may cause overload  and signal may have to be attenuated to get operation.
