Aviso al usuario y/o paciente: cualquier incidente grave que
haya ocurrido en relación con el producto debe comunicarse al
fabricante y a la autoridad competente del Estado Miembro en el
que esté establecido el usuario y/o paciente.
Por favor, lea detenidamente estas indicaciones para conocer
bien el andador Mezquita antes de utilizarlo:
1. Extraiga el andador de su embalaje y coloque las patas sobre
el suelo. Despliéguelo abriendo los marcos laterales hasta oir el
clic de seguridad.
2. Ajuste la altura al nivel adecuado. Para ello presione el
pasador con el dedo, extienda las patas a la altura que desee y
fíjelo.
3. Compruebe que el apoyabrazos y el mango están bien
ajustados y tenga cuidado de no hacerse daño si están sueltos.
4. Asegúrese de que las conteras antideslizantes de goma de
las patas están ajustadas y fijadas. Si están gastadas,
cámbielas inmediatamente. Revíselas especialmente si utiliza
el andador en pendientes.
Caminar con el andador:
En primer lugar, coloque el andador un paso por delante de
usted y asegúrese de que las patas se encuentran a la misma
altura. Agárrese de la parte superior del andador por los
mangos para apoyarse y ande hacia él. Para plegarlo, pulse el
pasador de bloqueo del tubo superior frontal y pliegue los
marcos laterales sobre el marco frontal.
Indicaciones
- Está diseñado para ayudar a caminar a los ancianos, los
discapacitados y las personas que tienen problemas para
andar.
- Capacidad de peso de 100 kgs.
- Asegúrese de que el andador está ajustado a la altura
adecuada y de que los resortes de bloqueo están fijos y
sobresalen por los orificios de todas las patas y de la parte
superior.
- Fije todos los tornillos de forma segura y ajustada.
- Antes de usar el andador, compruebe que los marcos laterales
están completamente extendidos y bloqueados.
- Compruebe que las conteras y el mango de goma se
encuentran en buenas condiciones antes de su uso.
- Recuerde que este producto se debe utilizar sólo en
superficies planas y lisas.
Consejos y precauciones
- No aplique fuerza sólo en un lado o el andador se volcará.
- No suba o baje escaleras ni escalones con el andador.
- Durante el uso, no ajuste el andador. El montaje y desmontaje
del andador debe hacerse sólo cuando el andador no esté en
uso.
- No camine por las escaleras mecánicas con un andador.
- No cambie la dirección del andador de forma repentina cuando
utilice el andador en pendiente.
- Debe utilizarse en calles llanas. No lo use en calles con
baches.
- Evite golpear el andador con obstáculos.
- No camine con un andador cuesta arriba con una inclinación
de más de 7 grados. No camine con un andador cuesta abajo
con un declive de más de 15 grados. Al caminar cuesta arriba o
cuesta abajo la inclinación lateral o el declive de la pendiente no
deben superar los 3,5 grados.
- No agarre el andador por la barra frontal ni la utilice para
sentarse.
- Evite la exposición del producto a la luz solar.
Limpieza y mantenimiento
- Limpie el rollator regularmente con un paño limpio y seco.
- Almacene y conserve el andador en un lugar fresco y seco y
evite que haya demasiada humedad.

Notice to the user and/or patient: any serious incident that has
occurred in relation to the product must be reported to the
manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member
State in which the user and/or patient is established.
Please read these instructions carefully so that you are familiar
with the Mezquita walker before using it:
1. Remove the walker from its packaging and place the legs on
the floor. Unfold it by opening the side frames until you hear the
safety click.
2. Adjust the height to the correct level. To do this, press the pin
with your finger, extend the legs to the desired height and fix it in
place.
3. Check that the armrest and handle are tight and be careful not
to hurt yourself if they are loose.
4. Make sure that the rubber non-slip pads on the legs are tight
and secure. If they are worn, replace them immediately. Check
them especially if you use the walker on slopes.
Using the walker
First, place the walker one step in front of you and make sure
that the legs are at the same height. Hold on to the top of the
walker by the handles for support and walk towards it. To fold,
press the locking pin on the upper front tube and fold the side
frames over the front frame.
Directions
- It is designed to assist walking for the elderly, disabled and
people who have difficulty walking.
- Weight capacity of 100 kgs.
- Ensure that the walker is adjusted to the correct height and that
the locking springs are fixed and protrude through the holes in all
legs and the top.
- Fasten all screws securely and tightly.
- Before using the walker, check that the side frames are fully
extended and locked.
- Check that the rubber feet and handle are in good condition
before use.
- Remember that this product should only be used on flat,
smooth surfaces.
Tips and precautions
- Do not apply force on one side only or the walker will tip over.
- Do not go up or down stairs or steps with the walker.
- Do not adjust the walker during use. Assembly and
disassembly of the walker should be done only when the walker
is not in use.
- Do not walk on escalators with a walker.
- Do not change the direction of the walker suddenly when using
the walker on a slope.
- It should be used on level streets. Do not use on streets with
potholes.
- Avoid bumping the walker against obstacles.
- Do not walk with an uphill walker with an incline of more than 7
degrees. Do not walk with a walker downhill with a slope of more
than 15 degrees. When walking uphill or downhill, the lateral
incline or decline of the slope must not exceed 3.5 degrees.
- Do not hold the walker by the front bar or use the front bar to sit
on.
- Avoid exposing the product to sunlight.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Clean the rollator regularly with a clean, dry cloth.
- Store and maintain the rollator in a cool, dry place and avoid
excessive moisture.
