Before you begin, install and configure your chassis and controller.
This document explains how to install, configure, and test the NI PXI-5690 (NI 5690). The
NI 5690 is an RF preamplifier that provides fixed gain and configurable gain in a single-slot
3U PXI module. The NI 5690 signal conditioning device ships with the NI-5690 instrument
driver, which you can use to program the device.
