Step 1-1:
Unscrew two screws located at the bottom of the
right and left Upright weldment (Figure 1). This
makes removal of the Motor cover easier.
Step 1-2:
Remove the (2) attaching Motor cover screws
and carefully slide the cover outward and up.
(Figure 2).

Step 2-1:
Locate the "
IR Comp Pot 3
" potentiometer just to
the right of the Transformer "
TR1
" (Figure 3).
Step 2-2:
Place a flat head precision screwdriver into the
center of the potentiometer and slightly turn
counter-clockwise (Figure 4).
Step 2-3:
Step up onto the Treadmill and press "
Quick
Start
" to start the Walking belt moving.
