RML-1100 Scissor Jack

The RML-1100 Scissor Jack lets you get motorcycle wheels up off the ground or the lift, making service easier.
The components of the Scissor Jack are:
•
Base
. Anchors the Jack.
•
Platform
. Holds either the Vehicle or the
Saddle Pads.
•
Saddle Pads
. Use is optional. Cradle the
lifting point(s) of the Vehicle.
•
Spindle
. Crank clockwise to raise, counter-
clockwise to lower.
•
Handle
. Turns the Spindle.

Safety Instructions
•
Never
exceed the weight capacity. This voids the warranty and increases the chances the Vehicle will fall,
damaging the load and/or the Scissor Jack, and injuring the Operator.
•
Only use the Scissor Jack on a flat, dry, hard surface capable of sustaining the weight of the Vehicle.
•
Always keep the Vehicle centered and balanced. Make sure the Vehicle is secure
before
starting work.
•
Never work under the Vehicle. Keep all body parts away from all pinch points.
•
Always keep Scissor Lift dry and clean. Check unit carefully before each use.
•
Do not use the Jack while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
•
Ranger recommends wearing leather gloves, steel-toed work boots, ANSI-approved eye protection, and
back belts when using the Scissor Jack.
•
If Vehicle looks as if it may fall, evacuate the area immediately. Lower Vehicle when safe to do so.
