1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Suitable for internal inspection of cylinder bores, engine components and other machinery/industrial applications.
Flexible shaft can be bent to shape to fit through small apertures and around obstacles. Subject illumination is
provided by two LEDs which are controlled by a three-position switch, giving low output, full output and off. LEDs
are powered by 4 x AA batteries (supplied). Adjustable eyepiece allows user to tailor optics to suit their vision.

Maintain the bore scope in a good and clean condition for best and safest performance.
Ensure that a vehicle which has been jacked up is adequately supported with axle stands.
A full range of personal safety equipment is available from your Sealey dealer.
Wear suitable clothing to avoid snagging. Do not wear jewellery and tie back long hair.
Account for all tools and parts being used and do not leave any in, or near, the engine.
Be alert to your surrounding environment while using the bore scope.
DO NOT
use the bore scope if it is damaged.
DO NOT
point the Distal Tip towards the sun or any bright light source, as permanent eye damage may
occur.
DO NOT
bend the bore scope shaft tighter than a 76mm radius.
DO NOT
use the bore scope close to moving parts such as gears, fan blades or moving belts.
DO NOT
expose the bore scope housing to water or other liquids.
DO NOT
insert the bore scope shaft into locations where the temperature is likely to be greater than 70°C.
