WARNING!
DROWNING HAZARD
• ALWAYS keep the drain open in the adult bath tub.
• NEVER allow other children to substitute for adult supervision.
• ALWAYS check water temperature before placing child into tub. It should be between 90º and 100º F
(32.2ºC and 37.8ºC).
• ALWAYS make sure bath sling is secure before placing child on sling.
• The carer shall at all times be in contact with the child.
• Drowning can occur in a very short time and in very shallow water (± 2 cm).
• Do not use more than 2.5 cm (1 inch) of water.
• The bath and sling do not provide any additional safety related to water hazards and drowning has
occurred with baths and bathing aids.
FALL HAZARD:
Prevent serious injury from falling.
• NEVER lift this product with child in it.
• Do not use bath sling if child can sit up unassisted.
• Discontinue use of product if damaged, broken or disassembled.
• NEVER use on uneven or elevated surfaces.
BATTERY WARNING!
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
• Remove batteries when product is stored for long period of time or when batteries are exhausted.
• Dispose of exhausted batteries properly.
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed before being charged.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
• Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
