Gebrauchsanweisung für Schweißerhandschilde/ -Schirme/ -Hauben
hergestellt nach EN 175
Benutzung:
Das Schild darf nur mit Schweißerschutzgläsern, sowie Vorsatzgläsern, die der EN166/169 entsprechen und
gekennzeichnet sind, in Benutzung genommen und grundsätzlich nur zum Schweißen verwendet werden.
Schweißerkopfschirme/ -hauben müssen vor Gebrauch auf die Kopfgröße des Anwenders eingestellt werden. Das Schild
muss vor Beginn des Schweißvorganges so nahe an den Kopf herangeführt werden, dass das gesamte Gesichtsfeld nach
allen Seiten hin abgedeckt ist. Es darf erst nach Beendigung des Schweißvorganges abgenommen werden, da sonst
gesundheitliche Schäden an Haut, Augen und Atemwegen eintreten können. Sollten durch unsachgemässe Handhabung
Beschwerden auftreten, muss sofort ein Arzt aufgesucht werden.
Schutzscheiben:
Nur Schutzscheiben die nach EN166/169 zugelassen und gekennzeichnet sind, verwenden. Filterscheiben
nur mit optischer Klasse 1 (Schutzstufe 4 bis 14) verwenden. Die Filterscheibe ist dem Schweißverfahren entsprechend
auszuwählen. Hinterlegscheibe aus nicht splitterndem, glasklarem Material (z. B. PET).
Einbau der Schutzscheiben:
Kunststoff-Glashalterahmen entfernen. Farblose Sichtscheibe und Schweißerschutzscheibe
einlegen (farblose Sichtscheibe der Schweißflamme zugewandt). Kunststoff-Glashalterahmen wieder einsetzen.
Lagerung:
Lagerung bei normaler Raumtemperatur trocken und staubfrei.
Reinigung:
Mit klarem Wasser und Haushaltsspühlmittel – keine aggresiven Reiniger verwenden.
Wartung:
Um die Funktionsfähigkeit zu erhalten, müssen die Scheiben bei Bedarf rechtzeitig ausgewechselt werden, um
eine einwandfreie Sicht auf den Schweißvorgang zu ermöglichen. Sollte das Schild beschädigt sein und keine einwandfreie
Schutzwirkung mehr gewährleisten, darf es nicht mehr verwendet werden. Es muss einer vorschriftsmäßigen Entsorgung
zugeführt werden. Stirnpolsterung ist regelmässig zu wechseln, insbesondere wenn der Anwendner wechselt.

Verwendungsgrenzen:
Dieses Schweißerschutzschild/ -Schirm/ -Haube, ist insbesondere nicht geeignet für Teilchen
hoher Geschwindigkeit (z. B. Bolzentreibwerkzeuge), Laserstrahlen, Temperaturen über Raumtemperatur, Störlichtbogen,
Schmelzmetalle, ansteckende Stoffe oder Organismen.
Schweißerschutzschild/ -Schirm/ -Haube, 5 Jahre nach dem Kauf nicht mehr verwenden.
Warnhinweise:
- Vorsicht beim Anfassen der Gläser, durch scharfe Kanten besteht Verletzungsgefahr. Bruchgefahr bei
unsachgemässer Handhabung des Schweißerschutzschildes/ -Schirmes/ -Haube.
- Zerkratzte oder beschädigte Scheiben müssen sofort ersetzt werden.
- Mit Mineralfiltern verstärkte Sichtscheiben dürfen nur zusammen mit einer geeigneten Hinterlegscheibe eingesetzt werden.

Werkstoffe die mit der Haut des Trägers in Kontakt treten, können bei empfindlichen Personen allergische
Reaktionen hervorrufen.

Verwenden Sie beim Schweißen immer die vorgeschriebene Schutzkleidung (Handschuhe, Lederschürze, usw.).

Welder’s Safety Equipment: Hand-Held Shields, Face Shields, Helmets
according to EN 175
Use:
The safety shield may only be used with welder’s protection glass or splash guard glass attachments which comply
with EN166/169 and are labeled accordingly. Welding helmets has to adjusted to fit the head size of the user prior use.
Before starting the welding procedure, position the safety shield so close to the head such that the entire facial area is
closed off on all sides. Do not remove before welding is completed to prevent any possible harm to skin, eyes and
respiratory tract. If due to improper handling complaints occur you must consult a doctor immediately.
Protective glass:
Use only protective glass which comply with EN 166/169 and are labelled accordingly. Use only filter
glass with optical class 1 (protection level 4 to 14). The filter glass must be chosen to suit the welding method. The
backing ocular must be made from non-splintering transparent material (e.g. PET).

nstallation:
Remove the plastic lens frame. Insert the colourless glass and welder’s protective filter (the transparent lens
must be turned towards the welding flame). Replace the plastic lens frame.
Storage:
Storage at normal room temperature in a dry and dust-free environment.
Cleaning:
Clean with clear water and household detergent – do not use aggressive cleaners.
Maintenance:
To sustain the functional capability the protective glass has to be replaced if necessary to provided an
unimpeded view of the welding procedure. Discontinue use of the safety shield if it has been damaged to such an extent
as to no longer ensure optimum protection. It has to be disposed according to regulations. Sweatband has to be replaced
regularly, especially if the users changes.

Application limits:
This protective face shield is in particular not suitable for high-speed particles (e.g. cartridge tools),
laser beams, temperatures above room temperature, accidental arcing, fusible metals, infectious substances or organisms.
Do not use welding helmets, hand-held-shields, face shields 5 years after purchase.
Warning:
- Caution when touching the protective glass, by sharpe edges consists injury. Risk of breakage by improper use.
- Scratched or damaged protective glass should be replaced immediately.
- Shields reinforced with mineral filters may only be used together with a suitable backing ocular.
- Materials which may come into contact with the wearer's skin could cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals.
- Use always appropriate protective clothing for welding (gloves, leather apron, etc.)

Mode d’emploi des écrans à main + m casques pour la protection des soudeurs
conforme EN175
Avant toute utilisation, lire attentivement les informations suivantes :
L’écran de protection doit être utilisé exclusivement
avec des verres de protection de soudeurs et des verres additionnels de protection contre les éclaboussures. Les deux types
de verres doivent être conformes à la norme EN166/169 et pourvus d’une marque d’homologation. En outre, l’écran de
protection est destiné uniquement à l’utilisation lors des travaux de soudage. Le montage des verres se fait par pose dans
la fixation prévue à cet effet. C’est un verre coloré et un verre incolore qui doivent être montés, le verre incolore devant toujours
être situé du côté de la flamme de soudage. Avant de débuter les travaux de soudage, l’écran de protection doit être rapproché
de la tête le plus près possible, de manière à protéger le champ visuel de tous les côtés. Il ne doit être enlevé qu’une fois
les travaux de soudage terminés, afin d’éviter tout risque de lésions cutanées, des yeux et des voies respiratoires. En cas
de manifestation de problèmes de santé résultant d’une manipulation inadéquate, consulter immédiatement un médecin.
Verres de protection:
L’écran de protection doit être utilisé exclusivement avec des verres de protection de soudeurs et des
verres additionnels de protection contre les éclaboussures. Les deux types de verres doivent être conformes à la norme
EN166/169 et pourvus d’une marque d’homologation.
Le montage de verre de protection:
Supprimer le cadre. C’est un verre coloré et un verre incolore qui doivent être montés,
le verre incolore devant toujours être situé du côté de la flamme de soudage. Remettre la place le cadre.
Entreposage:
Conserve au sec à température ambiante.
Nettoyage: Nettoyez les écrans avec de l'eau clair et d'un savon doux.
Consignes d’entretien:
L’écran de protection doit être nettoyé régulièrement, afin d’en assurer le bon fonctionnement. Ceci
s’applique également aux verres de protection, qui doivent être remplacés dès qu’une visibilité impeccable au cours des
travaux de soudage ne sera plus garantie. En cas d’endommagement de l’ecran de protection qui, par conséquent, entravera
la fonction de protection impeccable, il est interdit de continuer d’utiliser cet écran de protection.

Limitations d'utilisation:
Ces écrans de sûreté ne sont en particulier pas approprieés aus particules à grande vitesse, aux
laser-faisceaux, aux températures au-dessus de la température ambiante, aux arcs de lumière parasite, aux métaux de
fusion, aux substances infectieuses ou aux organizations. N'emploient pas 5 ans après achat.

Instruçoes de uso dos protectores para soldadores E má capacetes

Antes do uso atentar ao seguinte:
O uso do escudo admitese somente quando dotado de vidros protectores para soldadores,
assim como de vidros adicionais de protecçao contra chipas, correspondendo à EN166/169 e identificados de acordo. O
esciudo deve ser usado exclusivamente para a soldadura! Os vidros saocolocados na fixaçao prevista. Sao montaods um
vidro escuro e outro incolor,
sendo que é o vidro incolor que é posto próximo de solar. Antes de começar o processo de soldadura, o escudo deve ser
aproximado à cabeça. até que toda a àera de visao esteja coberta em todas as direcçoes. O escudo deve ser posto ao
lado somente quando o processo de soldatura estiver terminadio. A pele, os olhos e as vias resiratórias podem ser
prejudicados se o procedimento for outro. Caso haja problemas quando à saúde, devido ao manejo indevido, o utilizador
dve procutar ajuda médica imediamente.
Viseira de protecção:
Somente viseiras de protecção segundo a norma EN 166/169 que estejam devidamente
marcadas e homologadas. Usar viseiras com filtro para soldar só da classe óptica 1 (nível de protecção 4 a 14). A
viseira com filtro para soldar tem de ser escolhida de acordo com o tipo de soldadura. Vidro de fundo em material
transparente não estilhaçável (por ex. PET).
Montagem:
Remover a moldura de fixação. Colocar a viseira incolor e a viseira de protecção para soldar (vidro incolor
virado para a chama de soldadura). Voltar a colocar a moldura de fixação.
Armazenamento:
Armazenamento em local seco e sem pó à temperatura ambiente normal.
Limpeza:
Com água limpa e detergente doméstico – não usar produtos de limpeza agressivos.
Instruçoes de conservaçao:
No intuito de manter a funcionalidade, o escudo tem que ser limpo periodicamente. Isto
aplica-se também aos vidors protectores. Se for preciso, os mesmos devem ser substituidos a tempo. para garantir uma
visao perfeita do processo desoldadura. Seo escudo estiver danificado e, assim, deixar de assegurar uma protecçao
correctaao utilizador, nao deve ser usado mais. O escudo deve ser recolhido em conformidade com os regulamentos.
Limites de utilização:
Em particular, esta viseira de protecção não é indicada para partículas projectadas a alta
velocidade (por ex. ao utilizar ferramentas percutoras de pinos), raios laser, temperaturas acima da temperatura
ambiente, arco eléctrico interno, metais fundidos, substâncias ou organismos contagiosos.
Aviso:
As viseiras riscadas ou danificadas têm de ser substituídas. Viseiras reforçadas comfiltros minerais só podem
ser usadas juntamente com um vidro de fundo apropriado.

Avant toute utilisation, lire attentivement les informations suivantes :
L’écran de protection doit être utilisé exclusivement
avec des verres de protection de soudeurs et des verres additionnels de protection contre les éclaboussures. Les deux types
de verres doivent être conformes à la norme EN166/169 et pourvus d’une marque d’homologation. En outre, l’écran de
protection est destiné uniquement à l’utilisation lors des travaux de soudage. Le montage des verres se fait par pose dans
la fixation prévue à cet effet. C’est un verre coloré et un verre incolore qui doivent être montés, le verre incolore devant toujours
être situé du côté de la flamme de soudage. Avant de débuter les travaux de soudage, l’écran de protection doit être rapproché
de la tête le plus près possible, de manière à protéger le champ visuel de tous les côtés. Il ne doit être enlevé qu’une fois
les travaux de soudage terminés, afin d’éviter tout risque de lésions cutanées, des yeux et des voies respiratoires. En cas
de manifestation de problèmes de santé résultant d’une manipulation inadéquate, consulter immédiatement un médecin.
Verres de protection:

Supprimer le cadre. C’est un verre coloré et un verre incolore qui doivent être montés,

Entreposage:
Conserve au sec à température ambiante.
Nettoyage: Nettoyez les écrans avec de l'eau clair et d'un savon doux.
Consignes d’entretien:
L’écran de protection doit être nettoyé régulièrement, afin d’en assurer le bon fonctionnement. Ceci
s’applique également aux verres de protection, qui doivent être remplacés dès qu’une visibilité impeccable au cours des
travaux de soudage ne sera plus garantie. En cas d’endommagement de l’ecran de protection qui, par conséquent, entravera
la fonction de protection impeccable, il est interdit de continuer d’utiliser cet écran de protection.

Limitations d'utilisation:
Ces écrans de sûreté ne sont en particulier pas approprieés aus particules à grande vitesse, aux
laser-faisceaux, aux températures au-dessus de la température ambiante, aux arcs de lumière parasite, aux métaux de
fusion, aux substances infectieuses ou aux organizations. N'emploient pas 5 ans après achat.

Instruçoes de uso dos protectores para soldadores E má capacetes
Segundo EN175
Antes do uso atentar ao seguinte:
O uso do escudo admitese somente quando dotado de vidros protectores para soldadores,
assim como de vidros adicionais de protecçao contra chipas, correspondendo à EN166/169 e identificados de acordo. O
esciudo deve ser usado exclusivamente para a soldadura! Os vidros saocolocados na fixaçao prevista. Sao montaods um
vidro escuro e outro incolor,
sendo que é o vidro incolor que é posto próximo de solar. Antes de começar o processo de soldadura, o escudo deve ser
aproximado à cabeça. até que toda a àera de visao esteja coberta em todas as direcçoes. O escudo deve ser posto ao
lado somente quando o processo de soldatura estiver terminadio. A pele, os olhos e as vias resiratórias podem ser
prejudicados se o procedimento for outro. Caso haja problemas quando à saúde, devido ao manejo indevido, o utilizador
dve procutar ajuda médica imediamente.
Viseira de protecção:
Somente viseiras de protecção segundo a norma EN 166/169 que estejam devidamente
marcadas e homologadas. Usar viseiras com filtro para soldar só da classe óptica 1 (nível de protecção 4 a 14). A
viseira com filtro para soldar tem de ser escolhida de acordo com o tipo de soldadura. Vidro de fundo em material
transparente não estilhaçável (por ex. PET).
Montagem:
Remover a moldura de fixação. Colocar a viseira incolor e a viseira de protecção para soldar (vidro incolor
virado para a chama de soldadura). Voltar a colocar a moldura de fixação.
Armazenamento:
Armazenamento em local seco e sem pó à temperatura ambiente normal.
Limpeza:
Com água limpa e detergente doméstico – não usar produtos de limpeza agressivos.
Instruçoes de conservaçao:
No intuito de manter a funcionalidade, o escudo tem que ser limpo periodicamente. Isto
aplica-se também aos vidors protectores. Se for preciso, os mesmos devem ser substituidos a tempo. para garantir uma
visao perfeita do processo desoldadura. Seo escudo estiver danificado e, assim, deixar de assegurar uma protecçao
correctaao utilizador, nao deve ser usado mais. O escudo deve ser recolhido em conformidade com os regulamentos.
Limites de utilização:
Em particular, esta viseira de protecção não é indicada para partículas projectadas a alta
velocidade (por ex. ao utilizar ferramentas percutoras de pinos), raios laser, temperaturas acima da temperatura
ambiente, arco eléctrico interno, metais fundidos, substâncias ou organismos contagiosos.
Aviso:
As viseiras riscadas ou danificadas têm de ser substituídas. Viseiras reforçadas comfiltros minerais só podem
ser usadas juntamente com um vidro de fundo apropriado.

Gebrauchsanweisung für Schweißerhandschilde/ -Schirme/ -Hauben
hergestellt nach EN 175
Benutzung:
Das Schild darf nur mit Schweißerschutzgläsern, sowie Vorsatzgläsern, die der EN166/169 entsprechen und
gekennzeichnet sind, in Benutzung genommen und grundsätzlich nur zum Schweißen verwendet werden.
Schweißerkopfschirme/ -hauben müssen vor Gebrauch auf die Kopfgröße des Anwenders eingestellt werden. Das Schild
muss vor Beginn des Schweißvorganges so nahe an den Kopf herangeführt werden, dass das gesamte Gesichtsfeld nach
allen Seiten hin abgedeckt ist. Es darf erst nach Beendigung des Schweißvorganges abgenommen werden, da sonst
gesundheitliche Schäden an Haut, Augen und Atemwegen eintreten können. Sollten durch unsachgemässe Handhabung
Beschwerden auftreten, muss sofort ein Arzt aufgesucht werden.
Schutzscheiben:
Nur Schutzscheiben die nach EN166/169 zugelassen und gekennzeichnet sind, verwenden. Filterscheiben
nur mit optischer Klasse 1 (Schutzstufe 4 bis 14) verwenden. Die Filterscheibe ist dem Schweißverfahren entsprechend
auszuwählen. Hinterlegscheibe aus nicht splitterndem, glasklarem Material (z. B. PET).
Einbau der Schutzscheiben:
Kunststoff-Glashalterahmen entfernen. Farblose Sichtscheibe und Schweißerschutzscheibe
einlegen (farblose Sichtscheibe der Schweißflamme zugewandt). Kunststoff-Glashalterahmen wieder einsetzen.
Lagerung:
Lagerung bei normaler Raumtemperatur trocken und staubfrei.
Reinigung:
Mit klarem Wasser und Haushaltsspühlmittel – keine aggresiven Reiniger verwenden.
Wartung:
Um die Funktionsfähigkeit zu erhalten, müssen die Scheiben bei Bedarf rechtzeitig ausgewechselt werden, um
eine einwandfreie Sicht auf den Schweißvorgang zu ermöglichen. Sollte das Schild beschädigt sein und keine einwandfreie
Schutzwirkung mehr gewährleisten, darf es nicht mehr verwendet werden. Es muss einer vorschriftsmäßigen Entsorgung
zugeführt werden. Stirnpolsterung ist regelmässig zu wechseln, insbesondere wenn der Anwendner wechselt.

Verwendungsgrenzen:
Dieses Schweißerschutzschild/ -Schirm/ -Haube, ist insbesondere nicht geeignet für Teilchen
hoher Geschwindigkeit (z. B. Bolzentreibwerkzeuge), Laserstrahlen, Temperaturen über Raumtemperatur, Störlichtbogen,
Schmelzmetalle, ansteckende Stoffe oder Organismen.
Schweißerschutzschild/ -Schirm/ -Haube, 5 Jahre nach dem Kauf nicht mehr verwenden.
Warnhinweise:
- Vorsicht beim Anfassen der Gläser, durch scharfe Kanten besteht Verletzungsgefahr. Bruchgefahr bei
unsachgemässer Handhabung des Schweißerschutzschildes/ -Schirmes/ -Haube.
- Zerkratzte oder beschädigte Scheiben müssen sofort ersetzt werden.
- Mit Mineralfiltern verstärkte Sichtscheiben dürfen nur zusammen mit einer geeigneten Hinterlegscheibe eingesetzt werden.

Werkstoffe die mit der Haut des Trägers in Kontakt treten, können bei empfindlichen Personen allergische
Reaktionen hervorrufen.

Verwenden Sie beim Schweißen immer die vorgeschriebene Schutzkleidung (Handschuhe, Lederschürze, usw.).

Welder’s Safety Equipment: Hand-Held Shields, Face Shields, Helmets
according to EN 175
Use:
The safety shield may only be used with welder’s protection glass or splash guard glass attachments which comply
with EN166/169 and are labeled accordingly. Welding helmets has to adjusted to fit the head size of the user prior use.
Before starting the welding procedure, position the safety shield so close to the head such that the entire facial area is
closed off on all sides. Do not remove before welding is completed to prevent any possible harm to skin, eyes and
respiratory tract. If due to improper handling complaints occur you must consult a doctor immediately.
Protective glass:
Use only protective glass which comply with EN 166/169 and are labelled accordingly. Use only filter
glass with optical class 1 (protection level 4 to 14). The filter glass must be chosen to suit the welding method. The
backing ocular must be made from non-splintering transparent material (e.g. PET).

nstallation:
Remove the plastic lens frame. Insert the colourless glass and welder’s protective filter (the transparent lens
must be turned towards the welding flame). Replace the plastic lens frame.
Storage:
Storage at normal room temperature in a dry and dust-free environment.
Cleaning:
Clean with clear water and household detergent – do not use aggressive cleaners.
Maintenance:
To sustain the functional capability the protective glass has to be replaced if necessary to provided an
unimpeded view of the welding procedure. Discontinue use of the safety shield if it has been damaged to such an extent
as to no longer ensure optimum protection. It has to be disposed according to regulations. Sweatband has to be replaced
regularly, especially if the users changes.

Application limits:
This protective face shield is in particular not suitable for high-speed particles (e.g. cartridge tools),
laser beams, temperatures above room temperature, accidental arcing, fusible metals, infectious substances or organisms.
Do not use welding helmets, hand-held-shields, face shields 5 years after purchase.
Warning:
- Caution when touching the protective glass, by sharpe edges consists injury. Risk of breakage by improper use.
- Scratched or damaged protective glass should be replaced immediately.
- Shields reinforced with mineral filters may only be used together with a suitable backing ocular.
- Materials which may come into contact with the wearer's skin could cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals.
- Use always appropriate protective clothing for welding (gloves, leather apron, etc.)

Lagerung:
Lagerung bei normaler Raumtemperatur trocken und staubfrei.
Reinigung:
Mit klarem Wasser und Haushaltsspühlmittel – keine aggresiven Reiniger verwenden.
Wartung:
Um die Funktionsfähigkeit zu erhalten, müssen die Scheiben bei Bedarf rechtzeitig ausgewechselt werden, um
eine einwandfreie Sicht auf den Schweißvorgang zu ermöglichen. Sollte das Schild beschädigt sein und keine einwandfreie
Schutzwirkung mehr gewährleisten, darf es nicht mehr verwendet werden. Es muss einer vorschriftsmäßigen Entsorgung
zugeführt werden. Stirnpolsterung ist regelmässig zu wechseln, insbesondere wenn der Anwendner wechselt.

Warnhinweise:

- Zerkratzte oder beschädigte Scheiben müssen sofort ersetzt werden.
- Mit Mineralfiltern verstärkte Sichtscheiben dürfen nur zusammen mit einer geeigneten Hinterlegscheibe eingesetzt werden.

Instructions for Use
Welder’s Safety Equipment: Hand-Held Shields, Face Shields, Helmets
according to EN 175
Use:
The safety shield may only be used with welder’s protection glass or splash guard glass attachments which comply
with EN166/169 and are labeled accordingly. Welding helmets has to adjusted to fit the head size of the user prior use.
Before starting the welding procedure, position the safety shield so close to the head such that the entire facial area is
closed off on all sides. Do not remove before welding is completed to prevent any possible harm to skin, eyes and
respiratory tract. If due to improper handling complaints occur you must consult a doctor immediately.
Protective glass:
Use only protective glass which comply with EN 166/169 and are labelled accordingly. Use only filter
glass with optical class 1 (protection level 4 to 14). The filter glass must be chosen to suit the welding method. The
backing ocular must be made from non-splintering transparent material (e.g. PET).

nstallation:
Remove the plastic lens frame. Insert the colourless glass and welder’s protective filter (the transparent lens
must be turned towards the welding flame). Replace the plastic lens frame.
Storage:
Storage at normal room temperature in a dry and dust-free environment.
Cleaning:
Clean with clear water and household detergent – do not use aggressive cleaners.
Maintenance:
To sustain the functional capability the protective glass has to be replaced if necessary to provided an
unimpeded view of the welding procedure. Discontinue use of the safety shield if it has been damaged to such an extent
as to no longer ensure optimum protection. It has to be disposed according to regulations. Sweatband has to be replaced
regularly, especially if the users changes.

Application limits:
This protective face shield is in particular not suitable for high-speed particles (e.g. cartridge tools),
laser beams, temperatures above room temperature, accidental arcing, fusible metals, infectious substances or organisms.
Do not use welding helmets, hand-held-shields, face shields 5 years after purchase.
Warning:
- Caution when touching the protective glass, by sharpe edges consists injury. Risk of breakage by improper use.
- Scratched or damaged protective glass should be replaced immediately.
- Shields reinforced with mineral filters may only be used together with a suitable backing ocular.
- Materials which may come into contact with the wearer's skin could cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals.
- Use always appropriate protective clothing for welding (gloves, leather apron, etc.)

Avant toute utilisation, lire attentivement les informations suivantes :
L’écran de protection doit être utilisé exclusivement
avec des verres de protection de soudeurs et des verres additionnels de protection contre les éclaboussures. Les deux types
de verres doivent être conformes à la norme EN166/169 et pourvus d’une marque d’homologation. En outre, l’écran de
protection est destiné uniquement à l’utilisation lors des travaux de soudage. Le montage des verres se fait par pose dans
la fixation prévue à cet effet. C’est un verre coloré et un verre incolore qui doivent être montés, le verre incolore devant toujours
être situé du côté de la flamme de soudage. Avant de débuter les travaux de soudage, l’écran de protection doit être rapproché
de la tête le plus près possible, de manière à protéger le champ visuel de tous les côtés. Il ne doit être enlevé qu’une fois
les travaux de soudage terminés, afin d’éviter tout risque de lésions cutanées, des yeux et des voies respiratoires. En cas
de manifestation de problèmes de santé résultant d’une manipulation inadéquate, consulter immédiatement un médecin.
Verres de protection:
L’écran de protection doit être utilisé exclusivement avec des verres de protection de soudeurs et des
verres additionnels de protection contre les éclaboussures. Les deux types de verres doivent être conformes à la norme
EN166/169 et pourvus d’une marque d’homologation.
Le montage de verre de protection:
Supprimer le cadre. C’est un verre coloré et un verre incolore qui doivent être montés,
le verre incolore devant toujours être situé du côté de la flamme de soudage. Remettre la place le cadre.
Entreposage:
Conserve au sec à température ambiante.
Nettoyage: Nettoyez les écrans avec de l'eau clair et d'un savon doux.
Consignes d’entretien:
L’écran de protection doit être nettoyé régulièrement, afin d’en assurer le bon fonctionnement. Ceci
s’applique également aux verres de protection, qui doivent être remplacés dès qu’une visibilité impeccable au cours des
travaux de soudage ne sera plus garantie. En cas d’endommagement de l’ecran de protection qui, par conséquent, entravera
la fonction de protection impeccable, il est interdit de continuer d’utiliser cet écran de protection.

Limitations d'utilisation:
Ces écrans de sûreté ne sont en particulier pas approprieés aus particules à grande vitesse, aux

Antes do uso atentar ao seguinte:
O uso do escudo admitese somente quando dotado de vidros protectores para soldadores,
assim como de vidros adicionais de protecçao contra chipas, correspondendo à EN166/169 e identificados de acordo. O
esciudo deve ser usado exclusivamente para a soldadura! Os vidros saocolocados na fixaçao prevista. Sao montaods um
vidro escuro e outro incolor,
sendo que é o vidro incolor que é posto próximo de solar. Antes de começar o processo de soldadura, o escudo deve ser
aproximado à cabeça. até que toda a àera de visao esteja coberta em todas as direcçoes. O escudo deve ser posto ao
lado somente quando o processo de soldatura estiver terminadio. A pele, os olhos e as vias resiratórias podem ser
prejudicados se o procedimento for outro. Caso haja problemas quando à saúde, devido ao manejo indevido, o utilizador
dve procutar ajuda médica imediamente.
Viseira de protecção:
Somente viseiras de protecção segundo a norma EN 166/169 que estejam devidamente
marcadas e homologadas. Usar viseiras com filtro para soldar só da classe óptica 1 (nível de protecção 4 a 14). A
viseira com filtro para soldar tem de ser escolhida de acordo com o tipo de soldadura. Vidro de fundo em material
transparente não estilhaçável (por ex. PET).
Montagem:
Remover a moldura de fixação. Colocar a viseira incolor e a viseira de protecção para soldar (vidro incolor
virado para a chama de soldadura). Voltar a colocar a moldura de fixação.
Armazenamento:
Armazenamento em local seco e sem pó à temperatura ambiente normal.
Limpeza:
Com água limpa e detergente doméstico – não usar produtos de limpeza agressivos.
Instruçoes de conservaçao:
No intuito de manter a funcionalidade, o escudo tem que ser limpo periodicamente. Isto
aplica-se também aos vidors protectores. Se for preciso, os mesmos devem ser substituidos a tempo. para garantir uma
visao perfeita do processo desoldadura. Seo escudo estiver danificado e, assim, deixar de assegurar uma protecçao
correctaao utilizador, nao deve ser usado mais. O escudo deve ser recolhido em conformidade com os regulamentos.
Limites de utilização:
Em particular, esta viseira de protecção não é indicada para partículas projectadas a alta
velocidade (por ex. ao utilizar ferramentas percutoras de pinos), raios laser, temperaturas acima da temperatura
ambiente, arco eléctrico interno, metais fundidos, substâncias ou organismos contagiosos.
Aviso:
As viseiras riscadas ou danificadas têm de ser substituídas. Viseiras reforçadas comfiltros minerais só podem
ser usadas juntamente com um vidro de fundo apropriado.
