Preperations

download the sysex file for your pedal

download and install midi-ox from here:

http://www.midiox.com/

open a web-browser, go here:

http://www.string-functions.com/hex-string.aspx

power up

Ditto looper x2

in “midi-mode” like this

attach USB cable

Press and hold FX footswitch

Apply power

If the pedal is booted up in “midi-mode”, it is possible to select Ditto
Looper in the MIDI Devices list in Midi-OX

setup software

double click the downloaded sysex file (sys-ex files should be associated with midi-
ox), the SysEx View and scratchpad should open in Midi-ox:
