With the Cinergy C PCI HD, you‘ve got a future-compatible solution for digital TV reception via computer. As of this moment,
you are capable of enjoying all of the programmes that are offered by your cable company in high-definition format in fully
broadcasted resolution. Experience the unbelievable picture and sound quality of HDTV! And of course the DVB-C formats are
still supported.
Digital video recorder
Record HDTV programmes in full high-definition resolution and in H.264 format with the push of a button or via timer. With
integrated MPEG 2/4 codec, you can also record previous formats in exceptional quality. You have the choice between manual
and timed recording. The computer boots up from standby or sleep mode precisely when the chosen television show begins
and then saves it on your hard drive automatically. No matter how you plan your recordings, they can be viewed immediately,
even while the recording is in progress. And when you are finished, you can burn your recordings directly to CD or DVD!
Ready for pay TV
With the necessary extension already provided ex works, the Cinergy C PCI HD is perfectly suited for pay TV subscriptions. With
the help of an optionally available Common Interface Module, all channels of your pay TV subscription are ready to be watched
and recorded immediately—and naturally: in full broadcasted resolution up to full HD. TERRATEC offers a solution for this in the
form of a PCI card (the Cinergy CI AddOn).
