The recorder Witness provides constant
monitoring of service quality. The device produced
with a «badge» fixture to be attached to the clothing
with a magnetic clip. There is the option to apply
information about the company (name, logo, etc.)
on the front panel of the recorder. The recorded
information can be downloaded to the PC via USB
port and stored using the «RecManager» program.
The «SoundProcessor» program is designed to
process records and to facilitate the conversion of
records to text. Programs operate under Windows
XP (SP2, SP3), Vista, 7.
